PLease note that not all advertisers bid high on the same keywords. If you want to attract top paying advertisers, offer them with high quality content. There are many programme that you can use in determine the price that advertiser has to pay for certain keywords...
One of them, which I like most is OVERTURE BID TOOLS.Overture Bidtools displays the relative amounts that each Overture advertiser is willing to pay for a specific keyword. With the bids listed there you can determine most profitable keyword for your website. Eventhough, its vary from what google will pay you, but the variance could be very small :)
